Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) - Shawnee, Kansas

Schedule:

• Shift options: 7:00-15:30 and 12:00-20:30
• 40 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation
• No floating required

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP)
• Proven laboratory experience within a clinical setting
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with laboratory instruments and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses in compliance with quality standards
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex laboratory equipment and analyzers
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate test results
• Ensure all laboratory records are maintained accurately and confidentially
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies at all times
• Participate in routine quality control processes and proficiency testing

$1,806 - $1,904/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
