A 13-week contract opportunity is available for skilled Medical Laboratory Technologists and Medical Lab Technicians. This role focuses on performing select laboratory procedures on blood and other body fluids, utilizing both manual techniques and advanced laboratory instruments under the guidance of supervisory personnel.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science
- Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Beckman Coulter equipment; AU system experience preferred
- Experience with Sunquest LIS and laboratory automation is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform select laboratory procedures on blood and body fluid specimens in accordance with defined protocols
- Utilize manual and automated laboratory techniques and instruments efficiently
- Operate laboratory information systems to record and process test data
- Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
- Work under direct supervision of laboratory technologists, leaders, or supervisors to ensure accurate test results
