Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT, MLS, or CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Familiarity with a variety of laboratory instrumentation and analyzers
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Schedule/Hours:

• Multiple shifts available; flexibility is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, immunology, and microbiology
• Collect, process, and analyze specimens with precision and accuracy
• Adhere to quality control protocols and maintain accurate documentation of all procedures
• Troubleshoot analyzer issues and participate in routine equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and regulatory requirements

$1,500 - $1,632/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
