Schedule:

• Night shift
• Three 12-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Demonstrated experience in core laboratory procedures as a generalist
• Strong skills in blood bank procedures, including specimen processing, testing, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to collaborate closely with other laboratory professionals in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform diagnostic testing in all general lab departments, with a focus on blood banking
• Adhere to laboratory policies and procedures to ensure quality results and patient safety
