Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in all areas of clinical laboratory testing, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Experience in a fast-paced clinical laboratory highly valued
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols, instrumentation, and quality control procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests according to established protocols, delivering accurate and timely results
• Monitor specimen integrity and confirm patient identification to maintain quality
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Document, verify, and communicate test findings accurately to providers and team members
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support quality patient care
• Participate in quality assurance processes, troubleshooting, and corrective actions as needed
