Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) required
• Experience in general laboratory testing across multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated blood banking experience is essential
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately analyze and report results

Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and blood banking
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
