- Strong communication and collaborative skills to interact with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- ASCP certification not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis across multiple laboratory disciplines, including blood banking, hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
- Ensure accurate processing and reporting of laboratory specimens while adhering to established quality control procedures
- Troubleshoot testing and instrument issues, particularly within blood bank operations
