Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – ASCP or equivalent
• Experience with hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank procedures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Previous hospital or clinical lab experience is highly valued
