Schedule:

• Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science required
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist
• Strong background working with Beckman Coulter equipment; prior hands-on experience with the AU system is preferred
• Working knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively within a collaborative team setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols and quality standards
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, specifically Beckman Coulter analyzers (AU system experience highly valued)
• Interpret and record test results accurately, ensuring timely reporting to healthcare providers
• Adhere to strict laboratory safety and infection control standards
