Key Qualifications:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Pathology (AP/CP or CP)
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Pathology
  • Current, unrestricted medical license
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting clinical and anatomic pathology specimens
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review, interpret, and sign out anatomic and clinical pathology specimens, including surgical pathology, cytology, and hematopathology
  • Provide consultative support to healthcare providers regarding test selection and results interpretation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain quality assurance standards
  • Participate in laboratory meetings and professional development activities
  • Collaborate with laboratory technologists and other team members to optimize diagnostic workflows and patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and review of laboratory policies and procedures

$1,883 - $1,986/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
