• Proficiency in grossing surgical pathology specimens, frozen sections, and autopsy assistance
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform gross examination and dissection of surgical pathology specimens according to established protocols
• Prepare tissues for microscopic examination, including sectioning, documentation, and submission
• Assist pathologists with autopsy procedures, specimen photography, and specimen accessioning
• Maintain meticulous records, ensuring accurate specimen identification and tracking
• Oversee and participate in laboratory quality assurance activities
