Schedule/Hours:

• 5x8s (Five 8-hour shifts)
• Daytime hours

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of Medical Assistant training or equivalent
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
• Previous experience in an OB/GYN or women’s health clinic is highly desirable
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication skills, with a caring and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and patient care in the OB clinic
• Record and update patient histories, vital signs, and other pertinent information
• Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and materials
• Administer injections and provide support with prenatal and postnatal care as directed
• Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and referrals
• Ensure patient confidentiality and accuracy in documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and proper inventory of medical supplies
