Make a difference in women's health by providing valuable support in a busy OB clinic. This contract opportunity seeks a detail-oriented Medical Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Schedule:

• 5x8s day shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) required
• Previous experience in an OB/GYN or women’s health clinical setting is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer software
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients, taking accurate vitals and medical histories
• Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and patient education
• Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical instruments
• Manage specimen collection, labeling, and processing
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and update patient records
• Deliver compassionate care and provide information on prenatal and gynecologic services
