Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, consistent day shifts
  • Monday through Friday

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Medical Physics required
  • Previous experience as a Radiation Oncologist, Physicist, or Medical Physicist in a clinical setting strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of radiation therapy equipment and modern treatment planning systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration with clinicians, dosimetrists, and technologists
  • Commitment to quality assurance and adherence to regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all aspects of radiation therapy planning and delivery
  • Perform precise calibrations and routine quality assurance for radiation therapy equipment and imaging systems
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists and care teams to develop effective patient treatment plans
  • Provide expertise and support in implementing new technologies or protocols as the practice evolves
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with advancements in the field
