Looking for a General Surgeon in beautiful Grants, NM. here are some important items to review.

• Key Selling Points: -1h from Albuquerque, close to Santa Fe
  - 3 hours to Durango & Taos for skiing
  - Mild climate year-round (high desert makes it not hot)

• Work Schedule: Clinic hours available 3-4 days per week; surgery time (currently NOT blocked scheduling); call: 1:2
• Parameters:
  Age:      Candidates with 10+ years of experience are preferred.  
  Male/Female:  Male and female candidates will be considered.
  MD/DO:   MD and DO candidates will be considered.
  BC/BE:   Candidates that are board eligible or board certified in General Surgery will be considered.
  ABAT/IMG:   American born American trained and International Medical Graduates will be considered.
  Compensation Package:
  Initial Term:   initial term of three years with a 90-day out is preferred.
  Salary:    A salary in the $450,000 to $500,000 range will be provided.
  
  Production Bonus:  Based on wRVU’s once the agreed upon production threshold is met.
  
  Signing Bonus:    Around $25,000 may be offered.
  Relocation:    A relocation allowance of up to 15,000 will be provided.
  Student Loan Repayment:       CGH is a not-for-profit organization and therefore qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).  CGH may also consider providing an additional $20,000 to $25,000 per year in direct student loan repayment.
  Malpractice:    Paid with tail coverage.
  Other benefits:   Health, vision, dental, 403(b) with up to 6% employer match, privilege, license, & professional fees & dues, $3,500 annual CME allowance + 5 CME days, 6 holidays, and 25 days paid time off (PTO).
