Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Medical Physicist, Physicist, or Radiation Oncologist
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy processes and protocols
• Familiarity with clinical equipment calibration, maintenance, and safety standards
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Certification (or eligibility) by appropriate accrediting bodies is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the quality and accuracy of radiation therapy treatments
• Calibrate and maintain radiological imaging and delivery equipment in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and clinical teams to plan, implement, and monitor patient treatment regimens
• Conduct routine quality assurance testing of medical devices and treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing staff education and contribute to best practice protocols
• Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and safety processes as required
