Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Medical Physics or related field required
• Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or Board of Medical Physics preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Physicist in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols, compliance standards, and QA procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability and willingness to work within different healthcare teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical physics support for radiation therapy and/or diagnostic imaging
• Perform calibration, maintenance, and quality assurance on medical equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and technologists to ensure safe, effective patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in periodic audits, process improvement, and training activities
