Qualifications and Experience:

• Active certification as a Medical Technician or Medical Technologist
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in a variety of laboratory procedures and the use of current lab equipment
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols within a clinical laboratory
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other staff
• Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing, analysis, and reporting according to established protocols
• Collect, process, and analyze blood, tissue, and bodily fluid samples
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure calibration, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Follow all laboratory regulatory compliance requirements and documentation procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver timely, accurate lab results
