Schedule/Hours:

  • 40 hours per week (standard full-time contract schedule)

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Medical Technician or Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in high-complexity laboratory testing preferred
  • Proficient in operating laboratory equipment and performing a wide range of testing (hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen analysis and data reporting
  • Ability to follow established protocols while maintaining compliance with safety standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests with strict adherence to quality control measures
  • Accurately analyze patient samples and promptly report findings to healthcare providers
  • Maintain proper records, documentation, and inventory of laboratory supplies
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure optimal operation
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times
