- Knowledgeable in analyzing blood, urine, and other biological samples
- Ability to interpret and communicate laboratory results accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled with laboratory information systems and electronic health records
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols
- Prepare specimens, operate laboratory equipment, and ensure precise calibration
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all procedures and test results
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and infection control standards
- Communicate critical test findings promptly to clinicians and care teams
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, ordering of supplies, and routine maintenance of lab instruments
