• 6:30am – 3:00pm

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by ASCP required
• Solid understanding of clinical laboratory procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with Meditech laboratory information systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in test results
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of routine and complex laboratory tests to support patient care, following established protocols and maintaining high-quality standards
• Prepare specimens and operate laboratory instrumentation and analyzers efficiently and safely
• Ensure compliance with clinical laboratory regulations, maintaining documentation and accurately recording test results
• Review, interpret, and report test findings promptly to the medical team
• Assist in maintaining laboratory supplies, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment
• Participate actively in quality control and proficiency testing programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and laboratory colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellence in patient service
