• Completion of an accredited program as a Medical Technician, Medical Lab Technician (MLT), or Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent certification preferred)
• Proven laboratory experience in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of clinical laboratory procedures, policies, and safety protocols
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology
• Process specimens efficiently while adhering to quality assurance standards
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Analyze test results, report findings accurately, and communicate critical values to appropriate healthcare staff promptly
• Document all procedures and follow all regulatory standards for clinical labs
• Support infection control and safety efforts within the lab
