This opportunity is designed for NPs eager to deliver high-quality virtual consultations and medication management within a supportive, tech-forward environment.
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible 1st shift; choose between full-time (40-50 hours) or part-time (25-30 hours) weekly
- 8:30am CST start time

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough telehealth consultations, assessing patient eligibility for GLP-1 therapy by reviewing medical histories, medications, and intake documentation.
- Prescribe GLP-1 medications when appropriate, adjusting treatment plans based on patient response and clinical judgment.
- Educate patients regarding medication administration, dosing schedules, expected outcomes, and management of possible side effects.
- Precisely document all patient encounters in the electronic health record while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state and federal guidelines, and established protocols.
- Identify complex or high-risk cases, escalating concerns to the Clinical Director and providing patients with clear instructions on emergency warning signs.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (Texas required)
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or closely related specialty)
- DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
- Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications in Texas
- Prior telehealth experience preferred
- Experience with obesity medicine, metabolic health, and GLP-1 medications highly desirable
- Multistate licensure a plus
