Play a pivotal role in advancing patient care as a remote Nurse Practitioner delivering telehealth services within a dynamic GLP-1 Weight Management Program. Collaborate with a supportive healthcare team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through protocol-driven consultations and medication management. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to provide essential virtual care, with options for either full-time (40-50 hours) or part-time (25-30 hours) work—tailored to your preferences.

- Flexible commitment: Full-time or part-time hours available
Key Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (Texas)
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related specialty)
- DEA registration with prescriptive authority
- Eligibility to prescribe GLP-1 medications in Texas
- Telehealth experience strongly preferred
- Experience in obesity medicine, metabolic health, or familiarity with GLP-1 protocols desired
- Multistate licensure is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient consultations to assess GP-1 therapy eligibility and review medical histories
- Prescribe and adjust GLP-1 medications according to established protocols and patient needs
- Educate patients regarding dosing schedules, administration, expected results, and side effects to foster adherence and safety
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in the electronic health record and uphold all regulatory standards
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the Clinical Director and ensure patients have guidance regarding urgent care situations
