Healthcare professionals skilled in Nursing - Certified First Assist and First Assist Tech are needed for an engaging contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during procedures, anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile environment
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical interventions
• Set up and break down operating rooms, including instrument counts and equipment preparation
• Monitor patients and document relevant medical information accurately
• Follow all regulatory and facility protocols to promote high-quality patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training as required by the healthcare facility

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified First Assist or equivalent First Assist Tech training
• Active and unrestricted nursing or tech license
• Recent experience in a surgical or perioperative setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in high-pressure situations

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
