Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a CVOR Tech within an acute care setting
• BLS certification required
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and manage instruments and equipment for cardiovascular operating rooms
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Strictly adhere to sterile techniques and infection control procedures
• Anticipate needs of surgical teams and provide support throughout procedures
• Assist with room turnover and restocking of supplies
