A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician with strong skills in cardiovascular surgery technologies. This contract position offers the chance to work within a dedicated CVOR team focused on complex cardiac procedures. Candidates will engage in high-acuity cases with a supportive team environment, ideal for professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in cardiovascular surgical technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cardiovascular surgeries including CABG, AAA repair, valve replacement, and TAVR procedures.
  • Collaborate with a team consisting of Registered Nurses and CSTs to ensure efficient and safe OR operations.
  • Support patient care in a 1:1 patient-to-staff ratio setting.
  • Utilize advanced surgical equipment such as Stryker and GE systems effectively.
  • Adhere to unit policies, dress code standards (OR scrubs required), and maintain sterile environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiovascular surgery technology.
  • Proficiency in a variety of cardiovascular procedures.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a team-focused environment.
  • Confidence and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced surgical setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to support patient-centered care.

Schedule and Location:

  • Weekday shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM.
  • One night shift per week; no weekend shifts required.
  • Position located in Arvada, Colorado with options for contract assignment.
