You’ll become well-versed in a range of cardiovascular procedures and adapt to a variety of workplace practices, enriching your resume while refining your clinical expertise.

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Some call required; further details will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• At least 3 years of Cardiovascular Surgery experience
• Background as a CVOR Tech with strong technical skills in CABG, AAA, Valve Replacement, and TAVR procedures
• Adaptable, reliable, and confident in high-acuity settings
• Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication abilities
• Flexibility to float between campuses as needed
• Collaborative approach supporting a market-wide CVOR team

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist for cardiovascular surgical procedures as part of a dedicated heart team
• Maintain sterility and ensure all prep, instrumentation, and supplies are ready
• Interface with RNs and surgical staff for superior patient care (1:1 patient ratios)
• Float to other campuses as required, supporting both primary and partner facilities
• Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards throughout each procedure
