Schedule/Hours:
- Weekday shifts: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- No weekend shifts
- Call required (details discussed in the interview)
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Cardiovascular Surgery experience
- Flexible, confident, team-focused attitude
- Experience with Stryker and GE equipment preferred
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
- Willingness to float to neighboring campuses as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a cohesive OR Heart surgical team, supporting open heart procedures such as CABG, AAA repair, Valve Replacement, and TAVR
- Ensure optimal patient outcomes through 1:1 patient ratios and precise collaboration with RNs and other CSTs
- Adapt to evolving departmental needs and support staffing flexibility, including occasional call shifts
- Maintain the highest standards for sterile technique, surgical preparation, and equipment management
