• Familiarity with the operation and troubleshooting of surgical equipment specific to CVOR
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain cardiovascular operating room equipment and instruments
• Assist surgeons and nurses during complex cardiovascular procedures by anticipating needs and ensuring seamless workflow
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control standards at all times
• Monitor equipment functions and troubleshoot or report malfunctions promptly
• Contribute to supply management, instrument counts, and documentation as required
