Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CVOR and/or NBSTSA certification highly preferred)
• Previous experience assisting in cardiovascular operating rooms
• BLS certification required (ACLS certification preferred)
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique, and cardiac procedures
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
