Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and operate surgical equipment for cardiovascular procedures under aseptic conditions
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Ensure all operative instruments are calibrated, functional, and appropriately sterilized
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and consistently provide supplies in a timely, efficient manner
• Adhere to strict safety and documentation protocols to protect patient wellbeing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CVOR Tech required
• Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or equivalent credentials strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new environments
