Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and sterility
• Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Collaborate with surgeons, circulating nurses, and anesthesia teams for seamless surgical flow
• Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures
• Support patient safety and efficient turnover between cases
• Uphold strict infection control standards in all perioperative practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of recent CVOR Tech experience required
• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist, or equivalent
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments
