Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CVOR Technician in a dynamic hospital or surgical setting
• Expertise in assisting with cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Strong understanding of operating room protocols, safety, and infection control
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to supporting high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff with instrumentation, equipment, and sterile field techniques during surgeries
• Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning
• Monitor supplies and anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Uphold strict aseptic techniques and safety standards throughout procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document all relevant intraoperative events and supply usage

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
