Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel position (specific shifts to be determined upon assignment)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) as applicable
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR tech or nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and OR protocols
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room for surgical procedures
• Assist the surgical team during CVOR operations, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques
• Manage and track specialized surgical instruments and supplies
• Monitor patient safety and respond rapidly to emergent needs
• Document operative activities accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to deliver optimal patient care
