• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and CVOR instrumentation
• Ability to work confidently in high-pressure, fast-paced operating room settings
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with surgeons, nurses, and other team members

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and ensure sterility of surgical instruments and equipment in the CVOR

• Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments
