Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a CVOR Tech or Surgical Technologist with cardiovascular experience
• Active Nursing or Surgical Tech license as required by state regulations
• Minimum of 1 year recent CVOR experience, preferably in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support preferred)
• Adaptability and capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures by managing sterile fields and instruments
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is functional and available
• Monitor and maintain patient safety standards throughout surgeries
• Support patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control protocols, and compliance requirements
