Schedule/Hours:
- Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- On-call requirements: Call is required and will be detailed during the interview
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiovascular surgery
- Demonstrated team-player attitude with adaptability and confidence
- Strong CVOR clinical skills, with ability to float to other area campuses as needed
- Familiarity with Stryker/GE equipment and Meditech EMR preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support OR Heart Team for procedures such as CABG, AAA, valve replacement, and TAVR
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (2 RNs and 1 CST on days)
- Ensure 1:1 patient ratios for optimal care
- Deliver consistent, safe, and effective surgical assistance
- Float to nearby campuses as required to support growing market needs
