Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a CVOR Tech
• Active Pennsylvania (PA) state licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TSC)
• Compliance with PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73
