Schedule/Hours:

• Weekday Shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call required; details will be confirmed during the interview
• No weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Demonstrated flexibility, confidence, and ability to thrive as a collaborative team player
• Experience supporting multi-campus operations and willingness to float as needed
• Proficient with common CVOR equipment (Stryker/GE) and EMR (Meditech)
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with and scrub for cardiovascular surgeries, including CABG, Valve Replacement, AAA repair, and TAVR
• Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure optimal functioning of surgical equipment
• Collaborate closely with RNs, surgeons, and ancillary staff to deliver seamless patient care
• Participate in call rotations to meet the needs of the department
• Flexibly float support to affiliated hospital sites as required
