Schedule/Hours:
- Weekday Shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call required; details will be confirmed during the interview
- No weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Demonstrated flexibility, confidence, and ability to thrive as a collaborative team player
- Experience supporting multi-campus operations and willingness to float as needed
- Proficient with common CVOR equipment (Stryker/GE) and EMR (Meditech)
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with and scrub for cardiovascular surgeries, including CABG, Valve Replacement, AAA repair, and TAVR
- Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure optimal functioning of surgical equipment
- Collaborate closely with RNs, surgeons, and ancillary staff to deliver seamless patient care
- Participate in call rotations to meet the needs of the department
- Flexibly float support to affiliated hospital sites as required
