Travel Certified Surgical Tech - Englewood, Colorado

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced CVOR Tech to gain exposure in a high-volume, cutting-edge surgical unit with 14 operating rooms and a dedicated team of approximately 70 professionals. Working in this environment, you’ll collaborate with knowledgeable staff, including seasoned RNs, surgical technologists, patient care and anesthesia techs, and specialist trauma teams—each bringing their individual leadership styles and clinical practices. The role encourages personal initiative, sharp technical skill, and teamwork, accelerating your resume and expanding your professional network.

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexibility required: Day and evening hours as needed
• Call required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year recent acute care hospital experience as CST
• Active NBSTA and DORA certifications (must be obtained prior to submission)
• Proven experience with Ortho/Joint cases
• Strong team orientation, professionalism, and self-motivation

Preferred:

• Level I and trauma surgery background
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including neuro, orthopedic, spine, and transplant surgeries
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios (as staffing allows)
• Ensure operational readiness and safety of the surgical suite
• Exhibit a high degree of accountability and collaboration
