Qualifications & Experience:

• Certified Surgical Technologist or equivalent experience in CVOR
• At least 1 year of recent CVOR Tech experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
• Ensure instruments and equipment are sterile and properly set up
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care
• Support post-operative care protocols
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
