Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CVOR Tech, or eligible
• Experience assisting with cardiac and vascular procedures in an operating room setting
• Familiarity with sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and equipment
• Strong ability to anticipate needs of the surgical team
• Effective communicator; able to work collaboratively in high-stress situations
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and maintain surgical instruments for cardiac and vascular procedures
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists during operations
• Ensure sterility and proper function of surgical equipment
• Accurately document operative activities
