COVR Operating Room Technician (CVOR) - Hamilton, OH

Qualifications:

• Certified and experienced CVOR Tech or possess relevant nursing experience with a focus on cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Proficient in operating and maintaining specialized surgical instruments and equipment
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical protocol, and safety standards
• Ability to anticipate surgeons’ needs and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
• Current BLS certification; additional credentials preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room according to procedural standards
• Assist surgeons by anticipating instrument needs and ensuring a sterile field
• Monitor patient safety and support intraoperative team communication
• Handle, care for, and account for surgical instruments and supplies
• Support the surgical team in preoperative preparation and postoperative breakdown, including documentation as required
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements
