Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent experience in CVOR
• Previous experience assisting in cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment
• Current BLS and/or ACLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain operating room for cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring instrument and equipment availability
• Monitor and maintain sterile environment at all times
• Support patient safety and advocate for best practices in perioperative care
• Participate in pre- and post-operative room turnover and sterilization processes
