Qualifications:

• Current BLS Certification, with BLS (AHA) recognized
• Proven experience in a CVOR Tech or related surgical technologist role
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical equipment, techniques, and sterile field maintenance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cardiovascular operating room with necessary surgical instruments and supplies
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide timely assistance throughout procedures
• Monitor sterile fields, ensuring up-to-date compliance with infection prevention guidelines
• Support surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and maintaining an organized surgical environment
• Handle and care for highly specialized CVOR equipment and devices
• Participate in the pre- and post-operative setup and breakdown, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the surgical team

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
