Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterilized and functioning.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during complex cardiovascular procedures, handling instruments and supplies efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain a sterile surgical field throughout operations.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond promptly during procedures.
• Support accurate documentation of operative procedures and patient information.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience as a CVOR Tech in a hospital or surgical center environment.
• Proficient in sterile technique and maintaining aseptic conditions.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical instruments and equipment.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (preferred); must meet any applicable state requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
