Key Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent credentials strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working as a CVOR Tech within a hospital or large surgical center
- In-depth knowledge of sterile techniques, cardiovascular instrumentation, and surgical procedures
- Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and operative teams during cardiovascular interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Current BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and nurses during cardiovascular operating room procedures by preparing and organizing instruments and equipment
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and sterile field protocols
- Ensure accurate counts of surgical supplies, sponges, and instruments before, during, and after procedures
- Support the preparation, handling, and care of complex cardiovascular instruments and devices
- Participate in patient safety processes and collaborate with surgical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Monitor operating room inventory and restock as needed

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
