Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CVOR Tech in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
• Ability to effectively set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CVOR equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cardiovascular operating suite with necessary instruments and supplies
• Assist the surgical team by anticipating and responding to the needs of the procedure

• Handle and account for all surgical instrumentation and sponges
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure seamless case flow
• Support pre-, intra-, and post-operative CVOR tasks as required
