Immerse yourself in a role on a leading Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Heart Team. By supporting multiple campuses and collaborating across teams, you’ll broaden your skills in high-acuity cardiovascular surgery while learning from accomplished healthcare professionals. Gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment, such as Stryker and GE systems, and refine your practice with Meditech EMR.

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekday shifts, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Call required; details to be discussed during the interview process
• No weekend coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist cardiovascular surgeons during CABG, AAA, Valve Replacements, TAVR, and more
• Collaborate with RNs and other team members to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
• Maintain readiness for market support and, as needed, float between designated campuses
• Operate within a 1:1 patient ratio using state-of-the-art surgical tools
• Document and manage all surgical activity using Meditech EMR system

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cardiovascular surgery
• Confidence, flexibility, and effective team collaboration skills
• Adaptability to support various hospital campuses as directed
